Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Hyrr.io ("the Service") is operated by Zakariyaa Ismaili, an individual based in Casablanca, Morocco ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Hyrr.io extracts structured technical documentation from a Microsoft Power Platform export (.zip / .msapp): it parses the export's screens, controls, variables, data sources and flows into readable Markdown and an HTML bundle that you can download. You can also connect the Service to Anthropic's Claude through the Hyrr connector, so that Claude can read your extracted documentation and work with it inside your own Claude account (see section 6).

The Service extracts and structures your existing app; it does not itself generate written analysis, opinions or reports. The extraction is a documentation aid provided on a best-effort basis: we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, and it should be reviewed before any contractual or regulatory use.

3. Plan

  • The Service is offered on a single paid subscription, billed monthly or annually, with unlimited extractions. There is no free tier.
  • Access requires an active subscription. If the subscription lapses, access to the Service — including the Claude connector — stops.
  • To keep the Service available for everyone, extractions are subject to fair-use rate limits.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io), which acts as the reseller and handles the transaction, invoicing and any applicable taxes. Hyrr.io never receives or stores your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period (monthly or annual), with no commitment, and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. Refunds and right of withdrawal

The Service supplies digital content immediately after purchase. By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that the current subscription period, once started, is non-refundable. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Billing disputes are handled by Creem in accordance with its refund policy; for any billing issue, contact [email protected].

6. Your content and the Claude connector

You retain ownership of the files you upload and the documentation extracted from them. You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload and confirm you have the right to process them. To produce the documentation, uploaded exports are processed by our extraction sub-processor (see the Privacy Policy); the uploaded source archive is deleted immediately after extraction.

The Claude connector is optional and enabled by you. When you connect it and grant access, the extraction data you retrieve through it is sent to Anthropic under your own Anthropic account and subject to Anthropic's terms and privacy policy — not ours. You can revoke the connector at any time from your account settings.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We take reasonable measures to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service over the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion cancels your current subscription and erases your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
