Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Hyrr.io collects and how it is used. Hyrr.io is operated by Zakariyaa Ismaili, Casablanca, Morocco. For any privacy request, contact [email protected].

Data we collect

  • Account data: your email address and name, and your subscription status.
  • Content you upload: the Power Platform export you submit and the documentation extracted from it.
  • Connector data: if you connect the Claude connector, the access tokens that authorise it. You can revoke them at any time from your settings.
  • Usage data: basic events (uploads, extractions, downloads, billing events) used to operate and secure the Service.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by our Merchant of Record, Creem. We never receive or store your card details; we keep only a customer/subscription reference to manage your plan.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the Service (extraction and downloads), manage your account and billing, secure the platform, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploaded content to train any model. Hyrr.io does not run any artificial intelligence on your content — the Service extracts and structures your export; it does not generate written analysis.

Sub-processors

To provide the Service we rely on the following processors:

  • Supabase, Inc. — database, authentication and file storage for your account, projects and extractions.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, DNS and security.
  • Creem — payment processing and invoicing (Merchant of Record).
  • Documentation extraction service (apidocu.doctrapi.com) — receives your uploaded export to extract its technical documentation.

The Claude connector

The Claude connector is optional and enabled by you. When you connect it and grant access, the extraction data you retrieve through it is sent to Anthropic PBC under your own Anthropic (Claude) account and subject to Anthropic's terms and privacy policy. Anthropic acts under your instruction, not ours — we do not send your content to it on our own initiative. You can revoke the connector at any time from your settings, which immediately invalidates its access tokens.

Retention

  • The uploaded source archive is deleted immediately after its documentation has been extracted.
  • Extracted documentation is kept until you delete the project or close your account.
  • Connector access tokens are kept until you revoke them, they expire, or you close your account.
  • Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for as long as required to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can access, correct or export your data, and delete your account at any time from Settings — deleting your account erases your projects and stored files, revokes any connector access, and cancels your subscription. For any other request, contact [email protected].
